Since my first listen to the White Stripes “Icky Thump” in 1st grade, music has been at the center of my life. I quickly moved on to playing the drums and spent my days rocking out with my elementary school buddies after school. This long adolescent musical journey culminated with a self produced EP from my high school band which sparked my love of recording music.

I went on to study Audio Production at the University of Oregon, where I earned a BA in Popular Music Studies. I worked as a student engineer at the School of Music and Dance, and gained practical experience both recording and mixing front of house for large classical ensembles, jazz bands, and various pop/rock groups.

During this time I also began my role as In House Engineer at Sprout City Studios, Eugene’s premier recording studio, where I've recorded a plethora of local and international artists.

In 2024 I relocated to Portland, Oregon and have since joined the ranks of The Hallowed Halls and Dead Aunt Thelma’s, two of Portland’s finest recording studios.

As an engineer I take a music first approach. I love to immerse myself in a song, hear what makes it tick, and bring that to the forefront of a production. I am passionate about working closely with artists to understand the depths of their creative vision and execute it at the highest level possible.

Over the course of my career I’ve worked in a wide variety of genres including rock, punk, emo, rap, bluegrass, jazz, reggae, country, singer-songwriter, classical and anything in between.

Work With Me
